Dear Son,
The juice boxes are gone. The Mother’s Day artwork and the funky yet sweet homemade plant gifts have been gone for years now. You are a young man.
I’m writing you your senior year in preparation for your next season of life. I’ll nag a bit here. But hopefully impart some wisdom and advice you’ll absorb and pass on as well.
Stop and look back today on all you have done. Focus on 5th and 6th grade and the preparation for the middle school and high school years. 5-6 were important years for you. It’s when you developed true homework and study habits. You put the work in. You deserve all the good coming.
